Resolving Generational Conflict in the Workplace

A Beginner's Guide to Coin Collecting

Problem: Navtech’s data revealed that 15-18% of conflicts in the workplace are based on generational differences which are value-based, behavior-based, or identity-based. 

Solution: This course was designed to assist learners in recognizing and distinguishing between generational preferences and identifying strategies to resolve conflicts based on those preferences.  It enhances workplace productivity, prevents unproductive teams and accusations of age bias.

Problem: The National Numismatic Association's was in need of an introductory online course to foster the study of numismatics and the hobby of collecting coins to foster knowledge and camaraderie within the numismatic community.

Solution: This course was designed to assist learners in classifying various coin collection categories, identify places to find and buy coins, and name the tools used to handle and care for collections.

IslandAir Express Onboarding

Problem: IslandAir Express' employees, especially those who have been with the company for a while, are frustrated with the disconnect between newer hires and the airline's core values and culture. This disconnect is affecting team cohesion and moral. 

Solution: This course was designed to assist new employees with a detailed understanding of the company's history, values, vision, and goals. The airline aims to align their mindset and actions with the organization's culture and mission from day one.

Solution: This video delves into leveraging the immersive sharing experience and directly managing presentations within Zoom. It showcases how XYZ Company can create a more engaging and efficient virtual meeting environment by harnessing these advanced capabilities.
