From the very beginning, my passion has been teaching others how to excel in their professional journeys. With over 17 years of immersive corporate experience and a rich background as a technical trainer, I've had the privilege of guiding individuals toward success.

I've also embraced the role of an educator, further deepening my commitment to empowering learners of all backgrounds. This fusion of experiences has driven me to discover new ways to bridge the gap between knowledge and application.

My quest to blend my diverse past with my current position as an instructional designer led me to the Applied Instructional Design Academy (AIDA). There, I found the perfect platform to harness my passion and skills, aiming to help adults not only thrive in their careers but also succeed in life.

I'm continually energized by the prospect of weaving my creativity with new technologies that not only excite but also engage learners effortlessly. This enthusiasm drives me to analyze needs, design, and develop innovative, learner-centered solutions that leave a lasting impact and meet business goals.

Beyond my career, I have an appetite for travel and cherishing precious moments with my family and friends. I am within driving distance of Minnesota's legendary 10,000 lakes, where my heart and mind find peace on Lake Franklin during the summer. Moreover, I have a passion for reading novels that later grace the silver screen, along with my newest interest in the Marvel Enterprise due to its expansive and interconnected fictional universe.
